What if I do not have a printer? Must I provide a printout of the ticket?
We accept all types of confirmation. It is also possible to show us the booking confirmation you received via email on your mobile phone.
How can I know when the next schedule will open?
We will normally open their scheduled trips 2 months in advance.
Manage Booking
What happens if I had made my payment online and did not receive confirmation/e-receipt
Sometimes the confirmation or e-receipt receives in your junk mail. Kindly check your junk mail accordingly. Should there be no confirmation received e-receipt received, kindly drop an email to us and our customer service team will respond to you within 24 hours after receiving your email.
Do I need to register before making any booking?
We offer unique flexibility in user registration. It is not required to register to buy tickets online. However, frequent passengers are encouraged to register with us to benefit from any promotional item ongoing.
Can I change my booking departure date / time?
All the bookings are confirmed and cannot be cancelled or changed. Any amendment for bookings is subjected to S$10.00 per ticket per booking.
Will I get a refund if I had made a duplicate booking?
Please reach out via email or phone immediately for your refund, we will refund you accordingly. However, terms and conditions apply.
If I’m booking a ticket for a child, will there be a child ticket?
We regret to inform you that there will not be a child ticket for our coaches. All prices are standard.
Will a child below 2 years old be required to purchase a ticket?
No ticket is required for children below 2 years old. We strongly advise you to purchase one for safety reasons.
Is my ticket transferable?
For Express Bus bookings all confirmed tickets will be non-refundable. You can transfer the spot to another traveller. However, any amendments per ticket will be a surcharge of S$10.00.
JOURNEY AND VISA
How long will the journey be from Singapore to Malacca?
The travelling time will take around 4 to 5 hours depending on the traffic conditions (and vice versa). The total journey also depends on immigration clearance from Singapore and Malaysia.
How long will the journey be from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur?
The travelling time will take around 5 - 6 hours depending on the traffic conditions (and vice versa). The total journey also depends on immigration clearance from Singapore and Malaysia.
Will toilet breaks be provided during the journey?
Our coaches will stop for a short toilet break along the highway. However, if there is a need to stop urgently for the toilet, kindly approach our guides or coach driver for assistance.
Is a visa required to visit Malaysia?
No visa is required for Singaporean, Malaysian and Thailand travellers. However, for other nationalities, visa is required to visit Malaysia. To avoid refusing entry to Malaysia, you are advised to check visa requirements for the journey. We will not hold responsible if you are refused entry without a valid visa. Please note that doing your visa upon arrival is not advisable as it will take more than 30mins. Our coaches will not wait as to be fair for other passengers on board.
